Welcome to spring! It is that time of year to start gearing yourself up for the hot summer months. Your outdoor activity should begin to rise as does the temperature. Exercise Across the World was a big success! Thank you to all those who participated. You made it a very competitive race! To those who were not able to participate this year, make sure to join us for next year's race. Also, for those who missed it, we will be holding our first ever sport specific golf based training workshop. For more information ask one of your trainers!
