Dear Friends,

The weather has been warm, but not so dry. When the weather is gloomy out, not only do the days drag on, but it becomes increasingly difficult to muster the energy for a workout. It becomes important to stay on your routine and focus on walking through the door. The first step of getting yourself to the gym can sometimes be the hardest.

REMINDER: In observance of memorial day and honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, FitnessWise will be closed Saturday May 27, Sunday May 28, and Monday May 29.
