Welcome to Spring! It is that time of year to start gearing up for the hot summer months. Your outdoor activity should begin to rise along with the temperature. 

Exercise Around the World was a big success! Thank you to all participants. You made it a very competitive race! To those who were not able to participate this year, make sure to join us for next year's race.
