May has been a wet month so far. When the weather is gloomy, it can be a challenge to muster the energy for a workout. It becomes important to stay on your routine and focus on walking through the door. One of the most challenging aspects of fitness is maintaining consistency with your exercise and nutrition in the face of the many adversities and distractions of life. To help with your motivation over the summer, we are pleased to announce the launch of our custom FitnessWise App! Available on Android and Apple devices, the app will allow you to:
  • Carry your program in the palm of your hand when you travel
  • Receive reminders for cardio or strength training on your own
  • Make healthy food choices with a nutrition plan and food log
