While some clubs focus on equipment or on exercises, our Team focuses on you and on listening, so we can understand your hopes, your goals and your needs. Once we understand you, we can start to help you. While some "match you with a personal trainer," we bring our unique Team Approach, which adds the combined knowledge and experience of our entire Team to your exercise program.
To best design your individualized fitness program and set short and long term goals, we conduct a thorough seven-part evaluation including Health/Injury History Evaluation, a Cardiorespiratory Submaximal Test, Blood Pressure Test, Body Composition Analysis, Muscular Strength Tests, Static Flexibility Tests and Postural Analysis.
Fitness and Post-Rehabilitation Consulting
Our one-on-one consulting sessions and programs will motivate and enable you to use your time more productively and pursue fitness and function safely and effectively. We coordinate your program with physician and therapist recommendations for continuity of care. We have special knowledge of post-rehabilitation exercise, for people with various limitations that have or are recovering from injuries, treatments and/or disease, including, but not limited to:
- low back & other spinal pain
- knee, hip & shoulder injuries
- obesity & weight control
- high blood pressure
- heart disease
- high cholesterol
- anxiety & depression
- multiple sclerosis
Stretch Sessions (Trainer Stretching)
The body requires more force to stretch it than to strengthen it. Similar to Thai Massage, we will work with you through a series of trainer-assisted stretches specifically suited for your needs. These sessions will help you relax, improve flexibility, muscular balance, posture and pain-free range of motion, reduce pain, and prevent back and other orthopedic problems.
Do you have trouble finding time to get your cardio in? Is it hard for you to push yourself doing cardio alone? Do you find cardio boring? Need a little motivation to do your cardio? If you answered "yes" to any or all of these questions, then FitnessWise has an answer for you. Cardio 1-1's are similar to personal strength training 1-1's, but we'll lead you through an exciting, challenging, customized cardio routine instead.

Spice things up a bit with our newly installed suspension training system, the TRX! These newly offered 1-1 TRX training sessions build true functional strength, improve overall flexibility, refine balance and enhance core stability all at once.
