Virtual One-To-One Fitness Consulting Sessions
Stuck at home because of the weather, a sick child, quarantined, or a last-minute business meeting scheduled and not enough time? Meet with your trainer virtually! Using your computer, tablet or a smart phone you can connect with your trainer for your workout. In the comfort of your own home (or elsewhere) we can deliver your personal training session with whatever equipment you have at your disposal. Using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom we will guide you through your exercise program safely and effectively. It’s the next best thing to being there, so NO MORE EXCUSES!
How to get started to virtual training.
Your voyage to an improved you starts with a virtual tour/consultation. We will begin by:
helping you connect your system so we are able to “see” you
looking at the area of space you will be using during exercise and what equipment you may already have (we may at this time recommend some equipment ideas to you)
figuring out how to adjust the camera for optimal vision
providing information on how to download the FitnessWise app for access anytime to your program and tracking your exercise
scheduling the next step of your evaluation.
Evaluation
To best design your individualized fitness program and set short and long term goals, we conduct a thorough seven-part evaluation including Health/Injury History Evaluation, a Cardiorespiratory Submaximal Test, Blood Pressure Test, Body Composition Analysis, Muscular Strength Tests, Static Flexibility Tests and Postural Analysis.
If we are doing a virtual evaluation you can fill out the Health History questionnaire online in the FitnessWise app and we will perform a virtual movement screen with you.
After you have completed the above you will be ready to get started with your individually designed exercise program. Look out world for the new improved YOU!
