Meet with a certified trainer to explore personalized strategies for improving your health, discuss your goals, and address any questions you may have about your wellness journey.

Schedule a Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation

Before designing your exercise program, we conduct a thorough review of your health history, assessing your strengths and areas for improvement, and establish SMART goals tailored specifically to you.

Develop a Customized Plan

Using our combined knowledge and input from your healthcare providers, we develop a personalized fitness program designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Ongoing Sessions & Progress Checks

Work closely with our team to stay on track and reach your goals. We keep you accountable through regular progress checks and assessments to keep you motivated and moving forward.

To best design your individualized fitness program and set short and long term goals, we conduct a thorough seven-part evaluation including Health/Injury History Evaluation, a Cardiorespiratory Submaximal Test, Blood Pressure Test, Body Composition Analysis, Muscular Strength Tests, Static Flexibility Tests and Postural Analysis.
