Personal Training from the Comfort of Your Own Home
Whether you’re stuck at home because of the weather, a sick child, quarantined, or a last-minute business meeting, you can still train with us virtually! Using your computer, tablet or a smartphone, you can connect with your trainer for your customized workout. We’ll deliver your session right In the comfort of your own home – or wherever you are – using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom, and we will guide you safely and effectively through your exercise program with whatever equipment you have on hand.. It’s the next best thing to us being there with you, so there are NO MORE EXCUSES!
Getting Started with Virtual Training.
Your journey starts with a virtual tour and consultation, where we’ll:
- Help you set up your system so we can connect seamlessly
- Assess the workoutspace you will be using and any equipment you may already have (we may at this time also recommend some useful equipment ideas to you)
- Guide you in positioning your camera for optimal visibility
- Provide instructions on downloading the FitnessWise app, giving you 24/7 access to your program and exercise tracking.
- Schedule the next step of your comprehensive evaluation.
Evaluation
- To best design your individualized fitness program and set short- and long-term goals, we conduct a detailed seven-part assessment, including:
- Health and Injury History
- Cardiorespiratory Submaximal Test
- Blood Pressure Check
- Body Composition Analysis
- Muscular Strength Tests
- Static Flexibility Tests
- Postural Analysis
For evaluations, you’ll complete your Health History questionnaire online in the FitnessWise app, and we will conduct a virtual movement screening with you. Afterward, you will be ready to get started with your individually designed exercise program and start your journey to a stronger, healthier YOU!
