As an exclusive “client use” facility, we offer amenities such as towel service, fully-equipped changing areas (with showers, lockers, toiletries, etc.), fresh fruit, filtered water, complimentary clothing rental, and complimentary parking – all included with your class fee, training or membership.

Located right in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland, we’re easily accessible by public transportation (Bethesda Metro) and we have complimentary parking conveniently located in our building.
